Serving growing businesses nationwide

Tax services that find every saving opportunity — and never miss a deadline

Business and personal taxes handled by experienced tax accountants who plan ahead all year, not just in April — so filing season is the easiest month of your year.

Every problem has a solution. Even tax problems.

Tax laws have grown so complicated that even a straightforward return can feel overwhelming — and the rules keep moving. Our tax accountants help you navigate the complexities of planning, compliance and calculation, so you always know where you stand and what comes next.

Behind on filings? Sitting on an IRS notice you’d rather not open? Facing a first year with employees, a second state or a new entity? Bring it to us. We’ve seen it before, and there is almost always a path forward that’s better than waiting.

Personal service is how savings get found

Tax savings rarely turn up in a form. They turn up in conversation — in knowing that you bought a vehicle in October, hired in a new state, or plan to sell a property next spring. That’s why we work as a team that knows your business personally, not a filing service that meets you once a year.

We stay diligent about changing tax laws and committed to minimizing every liability we legitimately can. Our firm’s tax advisor is Yitzchak Groyer, who works directly with clients on planning and complex filings.

Books and taxes that finally agree

Tax season goes badly when the books aren’t ready. If we also handle your bookkeeping, your return is built from records that were reconciled and controller-reviewed all year long. If you have your own bookkeeper or CPA, we work alongside them — we’re used to being the piece that makes the rest of the team fit together.

What’s included

From the return itself to everything around it.

Business tax preparation

Federal and state returns for S-corps, C-corps, partnerships and single-member LLCs — prepared, reviewed and filed on time.

Individual returns for owners

Your personal return prepared alongside the business, so K-1s, distributions and estimates line up instead of colliding.

Year-round tax planning

Projections and check-ins before year-end, while decisions can still change the outcome — not a post-mortem in April.

Entity structure guidance

Whether your current structure still fits, what an S-corp election would actually mean, and how reasonable compensation works.

Multi-state filings

Nexus questions, apportionment and returns in every state you’ve created a filing obligation in — including ones you didn’t expect.

IRS notices & back filings

Notices read, answered and resolved, and unfiled years brought current so the problem stops growing behind you.

How it works

A filing season with no surprises in it.

1

Review where you stand

We look at your last returns, your entity setup and any open notices or unfiled years before we quote anything.

2

Build the plan

Estimates, deadlines and the moves worth making this year — mapped out so nothing depends on remembering it.

3

Prepare and file

Returns prepared from clean records, reviewed a second time, then walked through with you before anything is filed.

4

Stay ahead all year

Check-ins as things change — a new hire, a new state, a big purchase — so next year’s return is decided long before it’s due.

Common questions

Tax, answered.

What’s the difference between tax planning and tax preparation?

Preparation is reporting what already happened; by then the outcome is fixed. Planning happens while the year is still open — choosing timing on purchases, setting owner compensation, deciding on an election — so the return you eventually file reflects decisions you actually made. We do both, and the planning is where the savings live.

Can you handle taxes if I already have a bookkeeper?

Yes. Plenty of clients keep their internal or existing bookkeeper and use us purely for tax. We’ll tell you what we need and in what format, flag anything in the records that would cause a problem at filing, and work directly with your bookkeeper through the year rather than only in March.

I’m behind on filings. Is that a problem?

It’s a very common place to start. We work out which years are actually outstanding, get them prepared and filed in the right order, and deal with the correspondence that comes with it. Filing late is a fixable problem — leaving it unfiled is the part that gets expensive.

Do you handle multi-state filings?

Yes. Remote employees, out-of-state customers, property in another state and marketplace sales can all create filing obligations you never signed up for. We work out where you actually owe returns, get you registered and filed correctly, and clean up states you should have been filing in already.

Can you do my business and personal returns together?

That’s how we prefer to work. When the same team handles both, your K-1s, distributions, estimated payments and owner compensation are considered as one picture instead of two — which is usually where the missed opportunities and the surprise balances come from.
